All of our crumbcakes are made with moist yellow cake or dark rich chocolate cake. The fruit flavored cakes, such as apple and blueberry, are made using plump, juicy whole berries or sliced cinnamon laced apples. The crumb tops are created using an old world recipe, which employs the purest ingredients. The cake is then carefully baked to attain a slight crisp outer layer with a moist buttery center.
